Ingredients:
- 300 g Chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- ½ Tsp Black pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil

Procedures:
- Clean and chop the chicken breast then mix with salt, oyster sauce, and black pepper then blend it in a food processor.
- Flatten mince by rolling it out then cut into pieces.
- Dip nuggets in breadcrumbs then deep fry for 7 minutes.
