Meat Vegetables ( Kanoom Thein Pa Yoock)

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Yellow bean
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 1 Coriander root
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 50 g minced Pork
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

Dough

  • 150 sticky Rice flour
  • 75 ml warm Water
  • 1 Tsp Palm sugar
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • Food coloring

Procedures:

  1. Steam the soaked yellow beans for 10-15 minutes then add salt and sugar to the mix.
  2. Pound and break up beans the set aside.
  3. In a separate container, pound pepper, garlic, and coriander root then mix with pork then fry.
  4. Mix in yellow beans then roll into 7-8 balls.
  5. Mix sticky rice flour, palm sugar, and warm water until smooth then add oil and mix until smooth then split mixture into balls.
  6. Flatten each ball and place filling at the center then fold up to seal.
  7. Steam for 10 minutes.
