Ingredients:
- 150 g minced Pork
- 50 g Bean curd soaked
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Coriander root
- 1 Tbsp Spring onion, chopped
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp crushed Ice

Procedures:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- Then spoon mixture into tin foil and roll up into a sausage shape
- Then steam for 15 minutes.
- Leave to cool once done.
- Then remove foil to deep fry for a few seconds.
