Ingredients:
- 100 g Yellow bean
- 2 Garlic cloves
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 Coriander root
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 50 g minced Pork
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
Dough
- 150 sticky Rice flour
- 75 ml warm Water
- 1 Tsp Palm sugar
- 1 Tsp Oil
- Food coloring

Procedures:
- Steam the soaked yellow beans for 10-15 minutes then add salt and sugar to the mix.
- Pound and break up beans the set aside.
- In a separate container, pound pepper, garlic, and coriander root then mix with pork then fry.
- Mix in yellow beans then roll into 7-8 balls.
- Mix sticky rice flour, palm sugar, and warm water until smooth then add oil and mix until smooth then split mixture into balls.
- Flatten each ball and place filling at the center then fold up to seal.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
