Ingredients:
- 250 g Wheat starch
- 250 ml Water
- 150 g Pork meat with fat
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 Tsp White pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 10 g Coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Cassava starch
Red Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Teriyaki powder
- 1 Tbsp Dark soy sauce

Procedures:
- Mix wheat starch with water and bring to a boil.
- Leave the flour to cool then separate it into 20 small balls.
- Mince pork, chop mushrooms, and mix together with salt, soy sauce, white pepper, crushed garlic, chopped coriander leaves, and cassava starch. Flatten ball of dough into a disc.
- Put some of the filling at the middle then fold up the pastry and pinch to seal then steam for 15 minutes.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and warm in a saucepan until it steams then top on each dumpling.
